Our 2 year old son Dillon has Eczema and the Kid's Kreme really keeps in check! When he does get flare-ups (usually when we forget to use the Kid's Kreme), we use Eczema * Psoriasis * Dry Skin Lotion which actually does clear it up. It smells great and his skin is so smooth. We love it.
